History
Where the name derives from…
The attractive Adelheid inherited the guesthouse named “Harmony” in 1886 from her parents. One day she was caught by her husband lying in a green bed with the cellar man of the village. From that moment on the harmony was gone and the people of the village renamed the hotel to “Grüne Beetled” a synonym for the green bed. This bed still exists in the hotel today.
Back at the time, the hotel advertised its warm water as a luxury.
The “Grüne Beetled” became Bühl’s favorite hotel and restaurant for high-end culinary experiences thanks to family Günthner.
In 2o17 Uschi and Rex took over the hotel and gave it an entirely new look while keeping its original name and warmth.
The 1.5 year long gut renovation process.
